Guided Sound Journey: This experience was unlike any energy work I've had done before. My body was in such a dense state, I'd say, when I went in for this session. My neck and shoulders felt as if this there was stagnant stuck energy. I set my intentions for an open heart and acceptance before we began. It started off slow and took my body a minute to adjust to the interactions in my field but slowly I began to feel everything Kat was explaining to me. We ventured towards a past life that might have been causing the pain and fear I'd been feeling in my neck and shoulders. Kat dove right in and started to help me release the hold I had on that life. I tended to feel more emotions come up than I did actually thoughts as we proceeded. The tightness in my head loosened and I could feel the energy begin to move and exit through my left ear, as kat described it would happen. Next she had me imagine a box of love and light. My heart embraced it and then that box slowly dissolved in an upward motion into my shoulders, neck and head. It felt like a cleansing feeling that left me with slight tingles. My heart filled with an abundance of love and creativity. My motivation felt like it had come back as if I could conquer anything. My peace of mind felt restored. As the session came to an end I felt tired like my body had worked really hard. As the day went on my energy level picked back up and motivation slid in like it had never left me. After a good nights sleeps I woke up with purpose and my worries seem to affect me less. They are still there but they are a little more like suggestions rather than cause for panic. I would 100% do another session like this again with Kat! 10/10 would recommend! Her instruction was easy to follow and her ability to help people visualize a path of recovery and healing amazes me!
