Larger properties can carry complex energetic relationships between the land, structures, people, activity, and history held within the space.

A Large Property & Land Clearing expands the SRT property-clearing process beyond a single residential home and its immediate surroundings.

This service is intended for properties of 3 acres or more, properties containing multiple buildings or structures, and appropriate business or commercial properties requiring a broader scope of investigation.

My approach also extends beneath and throughout the physical property. In addition to established SRT property-clearing protocols, I work intentionally with the energetic grids and layers of Mother Terra, allowing the investigation to include the deeper energetic landscape supporting the property.

Properties This Service May Be Appropriate For

This service may be appropriate for larger residential properties, homesteads, farms, multi-building properties, privately owned land, appropriate businesses or commercial spaces, and other properties whose size or complexity extends beyond a standard residential clearing.

A property does not need to be experiencing obvious spiritual or energetic activity to receive this work.

You may be moving onto new land, opening or changing a business, taking stewardship of an older property, experiencing unexplained shifts within the environment, or simply feel called to have the property energetically investigated and cleared.

The purpose is to investigate first rather than assume something is wrong with the land or structures.

How a Large Property Clearing Works

Spirit Release Therapy property clearings are conducted remotely; you do not need to be present during the session.

As a certified Spirit Release Therapy Facilitator and Medium, I am trained in both aspects of the SRT process. During the session, I enter a trance or meditative state to connect with my spirit guides and receive the impressions and information that guide the investigation while working within established SRT protocols.

Using the information provided when you book, I investigate the property as a whole while also working with the individual areas and structures that require attention.

Depending upon the property, this may include the land itself, residences, outbuildings, barns, workspaces, business structures, or other relevant areas located within the property boundaries.

When something requiring clearing is identified, I follow the appropriate SRT protocols to address it with the intention of supporting a more sovereign and balanced energetic environment.

Deeper Land & Grid Work

Large-property work is not simply a matter of clearing each building individually.

The land itself is part of the investigation.

I work within the energetic grids and layers of Mother Terra, investigating what presents beneath, throughout, and across the property and how those layers may interact with the structures and activity above them.

This deeper work may reveal patterns, disturbances, connections, or other energetic influences presenting within the land that are appropriate to address within the scope of SRT.

Every property has its own history and energetic landscape. I approach that landscape respectfully, working with what actually presents rather than assuming that the land itself is damaged, negative, or in need of correction.

At the conclusion of the clearing, I complete the appropriate final SRT checks for the property and structures, including sovereignty work and seeking confirmation from what we refer to within our practice as the Quantum Self.

Your Property Clearing Report

I document the session as it unfolds and prepare a detailed written report explaining the areas investigated, what was identified, and the clearing work performed throughout the property, structures, and land.

Your completed report will be emailed to you following the session.

You do not need to join a Zoom call or set aside time while the clearing is performed. Once the required property information has been submitted, you can simply continue with your normal routine.

Property Size & Scope

This service is intended for:

• Properties totaling 3 acres or more

• Properties containing multiple buildings or structures

• Larger homesteads, farms, or privately owned land

• Appropriate business and commercial properties

• Properties whose size or complexity exceeds the scope of the Small Residential Home & Land Clearing

Because large properties can vary tremendously in acreage, number of structures, use, and complexity, exceptionally large or unusual properties may require additional evaluation before the clearing can be accepted.

Service Limitations — Safety & Integrity

To maintain the safety of myself and the integrity and appropriate scope of this work, I reserve the right to decline and refund clearing requests that fall outside the services I provide.

I do not accept clearing requests for:

• Active war zones or regions experiencing ongoing military conflict

• Areas experiencing extreme instability or continuous violence

• Large institutional properties or environments such as hospitals, prisons, universities, or similar high-risk locations

These environments may involve complex circumstances extending far beyond the scope of an individual spiritual or energetic service and may require multiple forms of real-world professional or institutional support. I therefore do not accept them as SRT clearing targets.
