A home is more than the structure we live within.

The land beneath it has its own history, experiences, energetic patterns, and relationship with everything that has existed upon it. Within Spirit Release Therapy, property work allows us to investigate both the physical residence and the energetic environment surrounding and underlying it.

My approach to land and home clearing goes deeper than simply checking the structure itself.

In addition to working through established SRT property-clearing protocols, I work intentionally with the energetic grids and layers of Mother Terra, allowing the investigation to extend into the land itself and address what presents within those deeper layers.

This service is intended for residential homes and properties of 3 acres or less.

Why Clear a Home and Its Land?

You may be moving into a new home, experiencing an unexplained shift in the atmosphere of your property, closing out a difficult chapter, or simply feel that your home and land would benefit from an energetic reset.

Properties can also carry histories that began long before their current residents arrived.

You do not need to know what is present—or assume that something negative is occurring—to request a clearing.

The purpose of SRT is to investigate first and address what is actually identified within the spiritual framework of the session.

How a Residential Property Clearing Works

Spirit Release Therapy property clearings are conducted remotely; you do not need to be present during the session.

As a certified Spirit Release Therapy Facilitator and Medium, I am trained in both aspects of the SRT process. During the session, I enter a trance or meditative state to connect with my spirit guides and receive the impressions and information that guide the investigation while working within established SRT protocols.

Using the property information provided when you book, I focus the session specifically on your residence and its land.

The investigation may include the home itself, the surrounding property, and the energetic influences identified within the scope of SRT.

When something requiring clearing is identified, I follow the appropriate protocols to address it with the intention of supporting a more sovereign and balanced energetic environment.

Going Deeper — Working With the Land

My property work extends beyond the walls of the residence.

I work within the energetic grids and layers of Mother Terra, investigating what presents beneath and throughout the land rather than treating the home as energetically separate from the earth supporting it.

This deeper land work allows me to investigate patterns, disturbances, connections, or other energetic influences presenting within those layers and address what is appropriate within the scope of the session.

Every property is different.

This does not mean that every piece of land contains something that needs to be cleared. The purpose is to listen, investigate, and work respectfully with what presents rather than approaching the land with the assumption that something is wrong with it.

At the conclusion of the clearing, I complete the appropriate final SRT checks for the home, property, and those residing within it, including sovereignty work and seeking confirmation from what we refer to within our practice as the Quantum Self.

Your Property Clearing Report

I document the session as it unfolds and prepare a detailed written report explaining what was investigated, what was identified, and the clearing work performed throughout the home and land.

Your completed report will be emailed to you following the session.

You do not need to join a Zoom call or set aside time while the clearing is performed. Once the required property information has been submitted, you can simply continue with your normal routine.

Property Size & Scope

This service is specifically intended for:

Residential homes and their surrounding land totaling 3 acres or less.

Properties larger than 3 acres require a different level of investigation and land work and are not covered by this listing.

This service is intended for private residential properties. Commercial, institutional, public, or unusually complex properties may require a different scope of work and should not be booked through this listing.

Service Limitations — Safety & Integrity

To maintain the safety of myself and the integrity and appropriate scope of this work, I reserve the right to decline and refund clearing requests that fall outside the services I provide.

I do not accept clearing requests for:

• Active war zones or regions experiencing ongoing military conflict

• Areas experiencing extreme instability or continuous violence

• Large institutional properties or environments such as hospitals, prisons, universities, or similar high-risk locations

These environments may involve complex circumstances extending far beyond the scope of an individual spiritual or energetic service and may require multiple forms of real-world professional or institutional support. I therefore do not accept them as SRT clearing targets.
