Sometimes, the land is the story.

A piece of land may have existed through generations of human activity, environmental change, significant events, abandonment, loss, or simply the passage of time. Historical locations and abandoned places may carry particularly layered histories connected to the people and experiences that once occupied them.

A Small Land & Historical Site Clearing provides focused SRT investigation and clearing work for land and locations totaling 3 acres or less, without requiring the property to be an actively occupied residence or business.

This service may include vacant land, abandoned properties, historical locations, old homesteads or building sites, family land, cemeteries or burial grounds where appropriate and permitted, and other small locations whose energetic history you feel called to have investigated.

The Land Is the Focus

Unlike a residential property clearing, this service centers primarily on the land itself.

There does not need to be an occupied home—or even a standing structure—on the property.

As a certified Spirit Release Therapy Facilitator and Medium, I work through established SRT protocols while also extending the investigation into the energetic grids and layers of Mother Terra.

This allows me to explore what presents within, beneath, and throughout the land rather than limiting the clearing to structures sitting upon its surface.

How a Land Clearing Works

Spirit Release Therapy land clearings are conducted remotely; you do not need to be physically present at the location during the session.

Using the identifying information and location details provided when you book, I focus the investigation on the specific area of land being requested.

During the session, I enter a trance or meditative state to connect with my spirit guides and receive the impressions and information that guide the investigation while working within established SRT protocols.

The session may explore energetic influences connected with the land, its history, previous activity, structures that currently exist or once existed there, and what presents within the deeper energetic layers of the location.

When something requiring clearing is identified, I follow the appropriate SRT protocols to address it while respecting the sovereignty and integrity of the land itself.

Working With Historical & Abandoned Places

Historical and abandoned locations deserve particular care.

Age, abandonment, tragedy, or historical significance does not automatically mean that a location contains negative energy or requires clearing.

The purpose of this work is not to approach an old place looking for something frightening.

It is to investigate.

When working with historical or abandoned land, I approach the location with respect for its history, the people connected to it, and Mother Terra herself. What presents during the investigation determines what—if anything—is appropriate to address.

Deeper Grid & Mother Terra Work

My land-clearing practice extends into the energetic grids and layers of Mother Terra.

Rather than viewing a piece of land only through its visible boundaries and physical history, I investigate what presents through the deeper energetic landscape of the location.

Where appropriate within the SRT process, this may involve addressing disturbances, patterns, connections, or other energetic influences identified within those layers.

The intention is not to dominate, erase, or energetically sterilize the land.

The intention is to work respectfully with what presents, clear what is appropriate to clear, and support greater energetic sovereignty and balance within the location.

At the conclusion of the clearing, I complete the appropriate final SRT checks and seek confirmation from what we refer to within our practice as the Quantum Self.

Your Land Clearing Report

I document the session as it unfolds and prepare a detailed written report explaining what was investigated, what was identified, and the clearing work performed.

Your completed report will be emailed to you following the session.

Because this work is performed remotely, you do not need to travel to or remain at the location while the clearing takes place.

Land Size & Scope

This service is intended for a clearing area totaling 3 acres or less, including appropriate:

• Vacant or undeveloped land

• Abandoned properties and locations

• Historical sites

• Former homesteads or building sites

• Family or ancestral land

• Small portions of larger properties

• Other non-residential land appropriate for SRT investigation

If the requested clearing area exceeds 3 acres, please select the Large Land & Historical Site Clearing instead.

You must have sufficient identifying information to clearly establish the specific location or boundaries of the land being requested for clearing.

Historical, protected, sacred, archaeological, tribal, publicly owned, or otherwise restricted locations may require additional consideration and may be declined when the location or circumstances fall outside the appropriate scope of this practice.

Service Limitations — Safety & Integrity

To maintain the safety of myself and the integrity and appropriate scope of this work, I reserve the right to decline and refund clearing requests that fall outside the services I provide.

I do not accept clearing requests for:

• Active war zones or regions experiencing ongoing military conflict

• Areas experiencing extreme instability or continuous violence

• Large institutional properties or environments such as hospitals, prisons, universities, or similar high-risk locations

These environments may involve complex circumstances extending far beyond the scope of an individual spiritual or energetic service and may require multiple forms of real-world professional or institutional support. I therefore do not accept them as SRT clearing targets.
